Internal pipe blasting equipment from Spray Blast removes corrosion, dust, and other debris from inaccessible locations inside piping fast, effectively, and dependably. The procedure is straightforward: a sand blasting hose is fitted with a pipe tool, which is withdrawn from one end of the pipe to the other. Spray Blast's innovative blasting process applies an even, 360° blasting stream to the inner wall, resulting in a consistent blast pattern that is ready for any coating.

Sizing the pipe precisely is required before selecting the appropriate pipe tool. Smaller inner pipe sizes up to 300 mm are best handled using a tool that creates a 360° blast pattern using a deflection tip. We offer a Spin blast tool for pipes with inner dimensions of more than 304 mm, which uses a revolving blast head to give a high-impact, uniform blast finish. Spray Blast pipe blasting equipment can be used on pipe interiors with diameters up to 1500 mm.

Tublast internal pipe cleaner

The Tublast is intended to clean the inside of pipes with internal diameters ranging from 3" to 12" (76mm to 300mm).
The blast pattern on the tungsten carbide nozzle is circular 360°. The interior nozzle comes in two sizes: 13mm and 16mm.
The Tublast can be attached to the blast hose directly using a CHE-2 (art no:401186) nozzle holder or a CFT coupler.

Rotoblast internal pipe cleaner

The Rotoblast is intended for cleaning the interior of pipes with internal diameters ranging from 12" to 35" to 900mm.
The tool has a revolving head, is powered by compressed air, and incorporates a brake system.
The tool is guided through the pipe by an adjustable centering carriage. For various pipe diameters, the chart below illustrates the recommended centering legs, Sand Blasting nozzle sizes, and compressor capacity.
